This is the first time I have heard of Mosiac, but I live in
Richmond, Ky. Steve Knox is an old friend that I just recently got in contact with.. Wonderful insight on
leadership and friendship, I have never heard this addressed
before. I commend E.R. McManus on this article on SYNERGY. May your light continue to give direction and
guidance to all who are attracted by the light of God that is
being exhibited through your ministry

What a tremendous and timely view on leadership! So many times you see form chosen over substance - and you can’t help wondering what might have been.
Relationship is so important - after all, it’s not what you know but who you know that makes the real difference in your life.
