Purpose: To deploy cross-cultural workers from
Mosaic Los Angeles to the ends of the earth.
Our passion at Mosaic is to share the hope we have in Christ with the world. Accordingly, we have created a process where we recognize the deployment of cross-cultural workers throughout the globe. For inquiries or questions, please contact:

There are two categories of workers: Cross-Cultural Workers (CCWs) and Short-Term Workers (STWs).
FOR CROSS-CULTURAL WORKERS (CCWs):

CCW candidates must:
• be on volunteer staff for at least 2 years
• vibrantly live out staff commitments
• have demonstrated significant leadership while investing in the Mosaic community
• have led a Mosaic cross-cultural volunteer team
• have recently helped in leading someone to Christ
• apply for deployment 6 months prior to departure
• be recommended by a colleague, Mosaic ministry team leader and Deploy team leader
• have recruited a band of prayer supporters in Mosaic
• be planning for a 2 – 3 year assignment (minimally)
• be going with a recognized mission agency
• be serving overseas on a team

Approved CCW personnel will:
• obtain references from Mosaic leaders
• be prayed for and deployed at an Elements
• acquire a GA number so they can receive tax-deductible contributions through Mosaic
• receive regular communication from Mosaic Deploy
• receive periodic support from Mosaic Thrive

FOR SHORT-TERM WORKERS (STWs):

STW candidates must:
• be on volunteer staff for at least 1 year
• have vibrantly lived out staff commitments (p. 6)
• have demonstrated significant leadership while investing in the Mosaic community
• apply for deployment 2 months prior to departure
• be recommended by a colleague, Mosaic ministry team leader and Deploy team leader
• have recruited a band of prayer supporters in Mosaic
• be planning for a 6 - 12 month assignment
• be part of a short-term mission project or pursuing a profession overseas or associated with an agency serving humanity

Approved STW personnel will:
• obtain references from Mosaic leaders
• be recognized and prayed for at an Elements
• (not acquire a GA number)
• receive regular communication from Mosaic Deploy
